Dutch documentary American Prince opening movie Rome International Film Festival

The Dutch documentary American Prince from director Tommy Pallotta is selected for the prestigious Rome International Film Festival. The documentary will be screened together with the film American Boy from Martin Scorsese as the opening movie for the special section 'l'Altro Cinema Extra' on Friday, October 16th, 2009.
In this competition programme, films from the greatest directors and actors/actresses in the world are screened. This is the second time in a row a film from Submarine is screened as the opening movie for this section. Tommy Pallota was preceded by, among others, Peter Greenaway, Robert De Niro and Francis Ford Coppola.
The short film 'In a Forest' will be screened in Pathe movie theaters before The Last Airbender.
