Submarinechannel is looking for an active, passionate, aspiring journalist/blogger with a strong interest in digital film, popular culture and the moving image. You will be supporting SubmarineChannel's small editorial staff. Our office is located in Amsterdam.

Your job:

• Gathering content (search for new and innovative digital productions to show on the channel)
• Writing short articles for SubmarineChannel's blog about exciting digital films, animations, music videos and interactive productions from around the world.
• Interview people that make a difference in the global digital scene.
• Online promotion (posting about SubmarineChannel content in appropriate newsgroups, forums, blogs)

Qualifications
• Higher Professional Education (HBO) or academic working level
• Fluent in English
• Some writing experience
• A playful writing style
• A creative mind
• Basic Photoshop skills
• A team player
• Eager to learn
• Passionate about the subjects covered on SubmarineChannel
