Collapsus is being developed by SubmarineChannel, in collaboration with the Dutch broadcaster VPRO. VPRO's documentary program Backlight is currently producing a documentary that deals with the coming Energy transition. In this 'what if' documentary, Backlight takes a closer look at events that could drastically affect the world's energy security in the next two decades.
